Procedure for serving customers before closing time

We would like to inform our customers that we can only actually carry out work relating to the gunsmith service during the 15 minutes prior to closing time if this has been arranged in advance by telephone or email. In all other cases, we will record the request and carry out the work on the next working day. 

 General in-store services – such as purchasing products and receiving advice – will continue to be available without interruption in the period leading up to closing time. However, if you plan to visit our shop within the half-hour before closing time, please let us know in advance by phone or message.

We would like to inform our customers that the gunsmith service is generally provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, in the case of a pre-arranged appointment, the customer takes priority and is served out of turn.

Please book in advance if you would like to arrive at a specific time.

Opening hours for race weekends

We would like to inform our customers that, during weekend competitions, competitors will be given priority for the armourer’s services.

This means that athletes preparing for competitions are given priority over other customers, in order to ensure that their preparations are not disrupted and that they can take part in the competition.

Please bear in mind that there may be longer waiting times during these periods, and we recommend that you book an appointment in advance.
