A UNIC 350N fencing chest protector It combines all the advantages of modern fencing equipment: it provides reliable protection, excellent freedom of movement and outstanding comfort. It is designed for fencers who do not want to train in heavy, poorly ventilated kit, but are looking for a lightweight and well-ventilated solution.

The plastron is made from a densely woven 100% polyester outer fabric with a tensile strength of 350N. The smooth surface helps the tip of the blade glide more easily over the fabric, thereby reducing wear and tear. The inner, moisture-wicking lining helps keep the gear dry, ensuring it remains comfortable to wear even during longer training sessions.

The heavy-duty zip is available in both right- and left-handed versions, so every fencer can choose the design that suits them best. The collar’s special Velcro fastening only sticks to its matching counterpart, so it won’t damage the headguard’s lamé or other equipment during washing.

The plastron comes in a reusable, zip-fastened PVC storage bag, which provides a practical way of keeping wet kit separate after training or a competition.

The 350N rating applies exclusively to the protective areas specified in the standard. Zips, Velcro fastenings, elastic straps and other fastenings are not included in the certified protective zones.
